Sometimes I'll hear a real estate agent say the most ridiculous thing ever, and it just makes me literally shake my head. What is it? "I do this as a side gig" - WHAT??? So, selling houses is a gig? Makes no sense to me. Selling property is full time, there is no part time in real estate. That means being available whenever, because changes happen all of a sudden in real estate and the Realtor needs to be able to react quickly, otherwise, things could take a turn for the worse the longer the wait.
So, whenever you hear a real estate agent say that they are "doing real estate part -time", as their gig, question if you would want a part-timer handling your biggest asset for you. Check out this article, it explains a lot of the differences between a part time real estate agent vs full time. The Hayfer Group, we are FULL TIME REALTORS®, hopelessly devoted to you.
